By accessing CyberSec0x websites or services, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Acceptable use

You will use the platform only for lawful threat intelligence and security operations in line with your policies and applicable regulations. You must not misuse the service to stalk, harass, or violate privacy law.

3. Customer data

You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us a license to host and process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on personal data.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Intelligence outputs may be incomplete or incorrect; human validation remains essential.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberSec0x is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, where applicable.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws chosen in your enterprise agreement, or otherwise by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
